1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 668jl Casino website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 668jl ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or using any service offered through 668jl, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 668jl platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all 668jl accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 668jl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 668jl is required to verify the identity of all users in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 668jl Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 668jl will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 668jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 668jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

668jl reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 668jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 668jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via G Cash, PayMaya/Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: Deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card gambling deposits are strictly prohibited in accordance with Philippine payment regulations. Any deposit made through a prohibited method will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

668jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 668jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to users in certain jurisdictions or to users who have previously abused promotional offers.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 668jl platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Certified RNG: All 668jl games that rely on random outcomes use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by 668jl or any third party.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, 668jl reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Bets placed during a malfunction are not valid and will be refunded to the player's account balance.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 668jl platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to 668jl immediately.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the platform or its infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the 668jl platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 668jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of 668jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 668jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, game malfunctions, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered through it.

668jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 668jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination & Account Closure

668jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 668jl.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 668jl support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 668jl platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 668jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
